So a $500,000 investment loan will cost you $20,000 per year in interest.
Now the rental of your $500,000 property is around $23,400 per year, and some properties have a 10 year rental guarantee, really where is your risk???
Also add tax benefits and you have a self-funding positive cash flow investment with little or no risk. Let me tell you, it does not get any better than it is right now for new and experienced investors to build a portfolio.
This is a situation that Investors have dreamt about and wished for since the 80’s.
The question is, will you take advantage of it or will you just watch it go by, waiting for property values to increase, interest rates to increase and then decide to get started?
