Has there ever been a better time to become a property investor?

3. Vacancy rates in the right areas are at 2%, which means a house is vacant less than 1 week per year. That’s enough time for one family to move out, clean the carpets and the next tenant to move in.
4. Certain areas in Australia are at the stage to grow in value over the next 2-3 years.
